The Flyers faced a tough weekend schedule, with division games against the Devils and Rangers on Saturday and Sunday respectively.
The Flyers found themselves in a deep hole, facing a 6-0 deficit in Saturday afternoon's New Jersey matchup.
But Claude Giroux, Wayne Simmonds, and company tallied four goals in the third to whip a comeback, but it fell just short in a 6-4 loss.

On Sunday it was off to the Garden, and things didn't go to well.
The Flyers tied it up 2-2 in the third, but New York was able to pull away and hand the Flyers a 5-2 loss, and their fourth staright loss to the Rangers this season.
