Defenseman Chris Pronger has been placed on injured reserve.
Pronger has been out with an eye injury, and by placing him on the IR, the Flyers are showing that their captain is not quite ready to come back yet.
The team also loaned defenseman Matt Walker to the Phantoms, and recalled forwards Harry Zolnierczyk and Ben Holmstrom.
Both Zolnierczyk and Holmstrom practiced with the team on Tuesday.
