Nodl claimed off waivers
One day after being placed on waivers, forward Andreas Nodl was claimed by the Carolina Hurricanes.
Nodl has not played that much for the Flyers this season and only has a single assist so far on the season.
Jagr, Schenn, and Bryz expected to be ready for Anaheim
Jaromir Jagr has been out with a groin pull, Brayden Schenn a broken foot, and Ilya Bryzgalov a.... cold. But according to CSNPhilly.com, Jagr and Schenn are expected to return to the Flyer's lineup Friday night in Anaheim.
Bryzgalov is expected to return either Friday night against the Ducks, or Saturday against the Coyotes. He apparently had the cold for about a week. Fortunately, Sergei Bobrovsky was able to take over and get the job done (maybe not against the Rangers, but the Islanders and Canadiens, yes).
